I have finally gone back to our club and use its facilities. I went to the gymn and was quite confused because there were a lot of changes. There were a few new treadmills that I didn’t know how to operate I had to call the person in charge to help me turn it on. LOL. That outdated, I was. At first, I walked for 2 kilometers with a recline of 15 degrees. I really sweat to the max! Went to the sauna room after and went inside two times. I never felt to healthy! Hehehe.
Today, we went back there again. I stepped on the treadmill and walked for 1 kilometer and used the resistant cycle and cycled for 1 kilometer with a resistance of 10 at first. Then I realized it was too much for me so I lowered it down to 8.
It was a good time of doing exercises again. I plan to use our club facilities at least 2 times a week. It’s such a wast if we paid once a month and we don’t get the benefit of it.
