About
This blog was born out of frustration of a Mother who’s living in a foreign land. You know, when you’re away from your mother you won’t know a lot of things… and you don’t know who to turn to to get advise and tips on parenting and such. Good thing, there’s an internet where you could access a lot of resources for parents. Internet research and book reading has helped me a lot in dealing with the stresses, pressures and joys of parenthood. Here is my share of frustrations and successes in parenting. I wanna share what I have learned a long the way and of course, I wanna learn more. I know I have made a lot of mistakes. If there’s anything I do and write which you think is not helpful, please fell free to share your insights. I would love that.
By the way, I am a mother of two, Schenker and Samantha, 3 and 1 year old respectively. I am married to a Malaysian (Malayalee by race). I’ve been in Malaysia for 5 years and yet I am still considered foreign as I don’t have my permanent residency yet. I’m on a social pass (meaning I am visiting my husband and kids – funny). But of course, I feel very much at home, having a few friends here and there and having a husband that gives his support all the way – no matter what.
