Staying Healthy

I used to be sporty—well, I could still play a sport when I have the chance, except that I don’t have that much of a free time these days. Sigh. I miss my sports days. It always made me feel so healthy and lean. So whenever I have the chance (and the motivation), I always make it a point to exercise, or go for a swim. I also want to run, but maybe I’d end up with knee braces if I overdo my running.

I have not done that in a while now so maybe I should take things slow. I could also dance, which I like, too. Maybe the key here is to have a regular time of doing exercise and sticking to my schedule. And, I have to remind myself that I need to stay healthy—everyday!
