I know that I need to do more ab workouts. There are many reasons why I am doing this. Number one reason is that when people see me, they would look at my tummy and ask me whether the third one is coming. Arg! I know I can’t blame them. So to avoid this frustration, I have started doing some exercises. I feel that I have trimmed down a bit on the tummy part but it’s not enough. So yes, I am going to do more… and probably I’ll do this as a lifestyle, not just for short-term goal.
