Fasting to Lose Weight?

I just read an article that says fasting is a good way to lose weight. You can either do juice fasting or raw food fasting. You can fast from 10 days to 30 days.  It will definitely curb the cravings for sugary and starchy food. And of course, the fast would be a waste if you start eating the wrong food again. So one must remember to be careful in what type of food we eat. If you’re like me who’s into losing weight and stuff like that, weightlosswand.com would be a help to get more info. It’s better to gain knowledge on things we get ourselves into. I guess it would make it easier if we understand everything. Otherwise, we are like a headless chicken running around, dunno what to do and dunno where to go. *peace*
