Homeless

America is a land of many opportunities. But one thing that left me curious was… there were thousands of homeless people roaming around the streets! I’m sure it didn’t just happen two years ago when the economy downfall started. I’m sure there were already thousands of homeless people way before that. I always though of America as a land where there’s 0% poverty. I was totally dumbstruck to see homeless people on the streets. There might be a lot of Philadelphia jobs available… but then I think not everybody can avail of it. I’m very curious what the government does for homeless people. It is such a rich country and yet you can see a lot of homeless people.
