Everyday, I’m discovering different types of diet plans. Last time, my friend sent me a diet plan by Mayo Clinic Diet and I searched the internet about it just recently. I found that it’s not officially endorsed by Mayo Clinic and that it’s a fad diet. But I read the reviews by the people who have used that diet plan and I found a lot of people liked it and that it’s very effective. Taking colonix may be used to diet as well.
